Terms of Service & Refund and Return

Paymant	We take 40% in advance of the total payment.
Refund and Return	If we cancel our contract, we will return all funds we get from clients. Note: If we have a lot of work before we cancel, then we keep 10% of the total payment from the advance payment and return the rest in 15 working days after consultation with the client.
Cause of cancelation	If we couldn’t meet the client's requirements or the client did not need the website anymore, we would go through the cancellation process.
Revisions	After getting client requirements, we start developing a website, and when it is ready for its first impression, we open it for clients’ feedback. We finish the work for the live website after receiving feedback. During the project, we have multiple meetings with clients (if needed).
Support	Our support is open for a lifetime. Most of the time, it is free. If there is any kind of big adjustment needed that was not part of the main work, then we take it as paid support.
Website tools	We will not provide hosting and a domain for the client’s website. If the website needs any kind of premium plugin, we will not provide it, and the client will need to pay for it.
Website Master tool	We will provide a lifetime licensed premium website master tool to build and maintain the website (the master tool will come with free lifetime support).
