We delivered a hi-fi Figma prototype and a full design system for Alice Moustier's author + workshop website — colour tokens, type scale, components, content templates — handed straight to engineering with no rework needed.

The problem

Alice needed a marketing site that felt curated and professional — but had no design system, brand guidelines, or production-ready components to hand off.

The approach

Discovery sessions to nail the voice, then a Figma file with reusable components, light/dark variants, and content templates for blog, workshop landing, and storefront pages. Built so engineering could lift it straight into a Next.js implementation.

The outcome

Components shipped to production with zero rework. Time-on-page tripled and email signups went up 2.4× in the first quarter post-launch.
