Suddota is a nationwide multivendor marketplace built on Laravel that connects buyers and sellers across Bangladesh. We owned the entire product surface — from vendor onboarding and product publishing to payments, dispatch, and the customer storefront. The platform handles thousands of products across hundreds of vendors with localised pricing, multi-warehouse inventory, and SSLCommerz checkout. Every workflow was built mobile-first since most of the country shops from a phone.

The problem

The client wanted to launch a country-wide marketplace from scratch — vendor signup, product catalogue, payments, shipping, and a fast mobile storefront — without stitching together half a dozen SaaS tools.

The approach

We built the entire platform on Laravel with a modular monolith approach: Auth, Products, Vendors, Orders, Inventory, Shipping, Payments, and Marketing each as its own nWidart module. SSLCommerz handled checkout. The storefront ships as a Next.js app reading from the public Laravel API with edge caching for product pages.

The outcome

Launched on schedule with 200+ vendors onboarded in the first month and a full operational dashboard for ops. Vendor dispute resolution time dropped 70% versus the prior manual workflow.
