A complete school management system covering admissions, attendance, exams, results publishing, and parent communication — built on Laravel and tuned for teachers and admins who don't want a steep learning curve.

The problem

The school managed admissions, attendance, and results across half a dozen Excel files. Parents had no visibility into their child's progress between report cards.

The approach

Laravel + Livewire admin for staff, with a parent portal for daily attendance, marks, fee status, and direct messaging with class teachers. SMS fallback for parents without smartphones.

The outcome

Daily attendance recorded in 3 minutes per class instead of 20. Parent-teacher messages now resolve in hours instead of weeks. Two other schools signed up after a single demo.
